RETURN POLICY
NEXUS SMOKE ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
We kindly ask that you examine your products immediately upon receipt. For purchases, we can only accept returns for items that have been verified as defective.
Requests for returns must be submitted within 5 days (Including non business days) from the purchase date. For any opened items, we can only offer direct replacements. The direct replacement will be sent with the customers next order.
Nexus Smoke does not allow for refunds or returns based on subjective experiences, such as dissatisfaction with flavors or perceived burnt taste. These unverifiable personal perceptions are not considered valid grounds for a return to ensure product quality and integrity.

👾 Please note that shipping fees are not covered and must be paid by the customer. 👾
👾 Nexus Smoke retains the right to refuse any requests for returns or exchanges. 👾
MISSING OR TAMPERED PACKAGES
Delivery services will attempt to deliver and might leave the package at the door or porch. Nexus Smoke cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once the delivery has been confirmed by the delivery service. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to our support team.
INVALID ADDRESSES
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender," or deemed undeliverable for any reason by the final carrier, we will promptly notify you of the situation. Once the package is received back at our facility, you may choose to purchase a new shipping label for us to resend the package to an updated and correct address by contacting our support team to initiate this process. Alternatively, if you prefer not to have the package re-shipped, our returns team will process the order as a return. A full refund will be issued for the order subtotal in the form of store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase. If you request the refund to be sent to your original payment method instead, a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. To avoid delays or additional fees, please double-check your shipping address at checkout for accuracy and completeness. Nexus Smoke is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to address errors entered by the customer or issues with third-party carriers. If you have any concerns or need assistance with address corrections, our customer support team is here to help before your order is shipped.
EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
We kindly ask that you inspect your products promptly upon delivery. Our return and warranty policy is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. Please note that Nexus Smoke DOES NOT accept exchanges, as this policy is in place to prevent potential misuse and ensure the integrity of our product offerings.
CANCELLATIONÂ GUIDELINES
Cancellation Requests must be made within one hour of order placement. After which requests to cancel are not accepted as your order has already begun processing and preparing for shipment.
